Frances of Rome Mt. 18: 21-35:  The mercy of God is unlimited, eternal, unending.  It has but one requirement--in order to earn mercy we need ourselves --we must show mercy to others.  We are not meant to judge one another; we are meant to love one another.  There was a news report last night of  Christians killing Moslems;  the war in Iraq is a religious war--but the God I know has nothing to do with this--God is one of mercy and forgiveness.  I see this on the streets all the time--violence, hatred, and it leads to violence and hatred.  Through the years some of the guys have had a hard time understanding me--because I do not return violence with violence---Jesus calls us to be merciful and in being merciful to received mercy.
