Molly Tschang
Palo Alto, CA
Molly is an operations director in Cisco's development organization, which designs and engineers Cisco's products. Previously, she was director of integration in Cisco's corporate Business Development Group, where she led the global team that integrated acquisitions into the company's operations. For over five years she worked to ensure Cisco's culture endures through rapid change. Before joining Cisco in 1998, she served as Vice President, Marketing Communications, for United States Filter Corporation, and before that she worked for Deloitte & Touche Consulting, Hybritech, Inc., and IBM.
Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell and an MBA from UCLA with a focus on entrepreneurship. She has long been a deeply committed volunteer and contributor to social causes and non-profits. In 2002 she was a Leadership Foundation Fellow, sponsored by the International Women's Forum, she serves on The Foundation Incubator in Palo Alto, and since 2002 she has Sponsored a Save the Children child, Sitilitha Chikwana, in Malawi. While engaged with Save the Children she has been passionate about helping Save to scale its reach and operations.
