Goals: Beach Bash is a learning environment to catalyst change in the environment while learning about different beach sports. This will also be a fundraiser to raise money for a local beach to have Beach Shack for youth who dont have the funds and opportunity to use these beach tools (surfboards, kayaks, etc.). This one day event will have a beach clean up, education seminar on the environment and beach sports, free lunch and concert, and an opportunity to try the sports desired.
Objectives: Our hope is to inspire youth to become active in beach activities inspiring change for the environment that they live in. This will also provide awareness for the Beach Shack making youth aware that there are people who care about them playing at the beach. We also can be found on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/group.php?gid=27116254130.
