James Hill loves football, kids, and college. So what better what to incorporate all of the things he loves than to be a sports recruiter for a university? When he was a kid, his father always played ball with him after school, and they dreamed up wild stories about joining the NFL someday. While a decent player, Hill wasn't quite NFL material, but he didn't let that hold him back from making his sport a big part of his life.

Active in politics and elections, Hill loves a good rally or debate. He's helped the college sponsor these activities, both as a student and as an alumnus. While he doesn't get a chance to volunteer a whole lot, he does write his Congress members on a weekly basis.

Hill wants to have a big family of his own someday but he's still a bit attached to the life of a bachelor. Meanwhile, he likes to take care of his nieces and nephews whenever he can, and he has a bulldog named Jake he dotes on like a son.
