What's it about? This is the trailer of a documentary I made about a green city in Brazil that has overcome a lot of problems most cities are still trying to solve. My doc focuses on solutions in the areas of Transportation, Recycling, Affordable Housing, and Floodplains.
How does your video demonstrate your commitment to the environment? I feel its my duty to show the world a place where solutions are a reality. Being from Brazil, an environmentalist, as well as a young filmmaker, I felt it was my duty to show that cities do not have to start fresh with solutions; they can look at a succesful model and adapt ideas to make a better place for all of us.
What's it about? This is a video starring my 7-year-old son and our yellow Beetle that runs on used vegetable oil. We used to buy gas twice a week, now we go once every few months.
How does your video demonstrate your commitment to the environment? I wanted to reduce my footprint by using alternative fuels, and chose used vegetable oil because it is widely available (free, actually) and is a much cleaner fuel than gasoline. While biofuels are getting lots of attention lately, there are very few choices actually available today for an individual. Our video shows how the car works and explores the larger possibilities.
How does your video demonstrate your commitment to the environment? I recently followed Dr. T Allan Comp, creator and director of the ACCWT, to West Virginia. I explored Coal Country and met with VISTAs and members of the community.
What's it about? After I filmed this I realized it came out too long, but I decided to put it up here to show everyone how they can help the world. Enjoy! ~Daniel

What's it about? This is a video showcasing my car that has been converted to run on Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO). Using a bio-fuel like WVO is a great way to reduce your impact on the environment.
How does your video demonstrate your commitment to the environment? This video shows my commitment to the environment by explaining the steps I have taken to turn a waste product into fuel for my car, rather than being dependent on fossil fuels that contribute to climate change and war.
What's it about? We did this as a project for our Social Justice class. I got a message from someone saying I should enter it here, so, I did. We go to a catholic school, so that's why there's the underlying God message. Hopefully it'll be acceptable.

What's it about? This video shows how 'waterless' car washing is a great alternative to the traditional soap & bucket method. The video features Eco Touch, a non-toxic, biodegradable, and petrochemical-free waterless car wash.
How does your video demonstrate your commitment to the environment? Washing your car at home can use between 80 - 140 gallons of water. This water is contaminated with harmful run-off including harsh detergents, brake dust, gasoline, etc which affects both human and aquatic life. By going 'waterless' you help to preserve & conserve our water supplies.
