this cause matters b/c all music is about these days is the body,sex and money or ur apparel. what happened to the real stuff. its so degrading now n a good song is hard to find. all of the good artists r being put to waste. bad music is being exploited everywhere n then adults wonder why their children mature so fast. we need to bring back true artists and true music!!!!!!!!!

Take Action For This Cause What happened to hip hop?
Swagger, Swagger and Swagger is what is being preached in the music genre I once was head over heals in love with. Hip Hop used to be about expressing the social ills and it was encouraging the young and old alike. Once real and open minded now its about "who did what to who", "money, girls (sex) and violence".

Why I Support This Cause! The Golden Years
Every day i find myself wishing i was born 40 yrs ago so i would be in the prime of music. Bands Like The Beatles, Dire Straits, The Eagles, Deep Purple the list goes on. I never listen to the radio or music tv channels anymore because i always find myself surfing. I just plug my ipod into my stereo and i can listen to it for hours.

I agree with Kydos. i plan to major in music in college. but when people ask me what music i like, i dont know what to say. i love mozart, opera, rock, alternative, and anything else that has actual MEANING. it doesnt matter if it has words or not, you can tell when a song is about something shallow or something deep.
